Admissions Arrangements for Mid-Year Applications
Our admission arrangements for a mid-year admission are in accordance with Essex County Council Policy. Places are allocated through the Planning & Admissions Office at Essex County Council. Our published admissions number (PAN) is 21.

If you need help making your application or wish to visit our school, please call our school office on 01621 827086 to make an appointment.
Appeals if a place at the school is not offered, parents or legal guardians have a right to appeal to an independent appeal panel using the Essex County Council appeal process.
Admissions Arrangements for Reception Applications
The school holds an Open Afternoon during November for parents who are applying for a Reception place for the following September. Our published admissions number to admit to our Reception class each year is 21 pupils.

Jesters provide after school care to our pupils at their Bicnacre venue. Children are collected by their staff at the end of the school day.

Compulsory School Hours
Our compulsory school hours are from 8.45 a.m. to 3.15 p.m.
The school gate opens to pupils at 8.35 a.m. The school gate closes at 8.45 a.m.
A pupil arriving after 8.45 a.m. must be accompanied to the main office by their parent/carer.
Registration commences at 8.45 a.m.
Lunchtime is 12 -1 p.m.
The school day ends at 3.15 p.m.
The compulsory time pupils spend in school each week is 32.5 hours
